What is Solar Heating?
Solar heating harnesses the sun’s energy
to heat your pool water. Cool water is
pumped from your pool to solar
collectors on your roof, where it
absorbs free heat from the sun. The
water is then returned to your pool as
warm water. The heating process is
controlled via an electronic solar
controller, which monitors the
temperature of your pool and
automatically adjusts the amount of
heating required to maintain your ideal
pool temperature.
